This is a gorgeous Lace / beaded & sequins phase Eight blouse ( short sleeve) with scalloped edging around sleeves. It is size 8 , hand wash only. This top is approximately 23” from back of neck to hemline. I have worn it a couple of times, hence has been rinsed, but is in lovely condition ( and looks fabulous on, but sadly no longer fits !) It is shiny / sparkly lace effect with shiny beads & sequins along neckline and sleeves, with a tie side I paid over £100, so is a nice high end piece !
